• All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.

3. Orders

• An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or if pricing errors occur.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Xendit. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or you have authorization to use it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
• Defective items may be returned within 30 days.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Consumable items (strings, grips, shuttlecocks) are non-returnable once opened.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

RallysportsPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
