Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's how returns work:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Defective items can be returned within 30 days.
- Strings, grips, and shuttlecocks are non-returnable once opened.
