How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via Xendit. Once payment is confirmed, we'll process your order right away.

How long does shipping take?
Metro Manila orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Provincial orders take 3-7 business days depending on the location.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
